You mentioned that this exercise will be good for someone with APT (while keeping the core tight and back pressed down) but I’m just worried about the leg raise portion of this movement recruiting the psoas and hip flexors too much, which could exacerbate APT. What are your thoughts on this?
Of at all possible.. A reply from a company reptesentative (with knowlege of post-thoracic vertebrae fracture(s) & RE-building core strength / improvong posture), would be greatly appreciated…

Thank you for the informative video! I came across you because I am dealing with a winging scapula (right side) and then what I think is the hip issue when I squat. I had a bad accident and think this all stems from that, but not positive. Would love to fix these issues. Do you think you could help?
If you wanted to focus solely on strengthening the Serratus Anterior, and it’s too challenging to lower legs and arms at the same time, would it be effective to keep the knees bent/feet flat and focus just on the arm movements?
