Launch Sequence is how you should be warming up your body prior to exercise.
Most people (especially weight lifter bros) simply warm up inffectively.
Doing 5 min of walking or stationary bike riding just doesn’t cut it. not only are you not getting the performance enhancement that you should be getting from a warm up with this, but you are also PREDISPOSING yourself to injury.
A crappy warm up makes for crappy performance and a crappy workout.
Launch Sequence is a neuromuscular warm up sequence.
What does that mean? Well, in short it means that it will warm up YOUR entire body and prepare it for physical exertion.
It’s sort of like a miniature workout before the actual workout. Warming up in this fashion not only creates the best case scenario for your training, but also reduce your chance of injury dramatically.
