Dynamic Warm Up Sequence

Warming up with a multi-joint and multi-muscle activation strategy is CRUCIAL for optimal performance and injury prevention.

Basically, think of this style of warm up as a little workout before the workout. You should be hot, sweaty, and ready to train after going through this sequence!
