Pain or achiness in between the shoulder blades is often caused by an overstretching of the said shoulder blades due to a bad posture or rounded shoulders. Additionally if you have Upper Crossed Syndrome, you can also experience this pain quite frequently.
This approach can help you return your shoulder blades position back to a non-overstretched, normal position, as well as taking you a step closer to correcting your bad posture!
