thank you, for you wealth of knowledge and all the help I get from your videos, as someone who suffers from anterior pelvis tilts, torsions, tight hip flexors (especially the deeper ones ), tight sartorius, gracilis, etc, tight TFL, iliopsoas, quads, hamstrings, QL (big time issue!).
Every muscle is tight, and weak around my hip, and that includes my glutes (all 3)..
Hopefully, as I search your videos, I’ll find ones that address all of this area, for stretching and strengthening.
