I’ve been looking for information on muscular imbalance between inner and outer thighs (especially when inner thighs are weak). I’ve got the impression that this is fairly common, but there’s not much information out there on how to fix it. I have got that problem myself and think it might be coupled with very strong tendons in the groins. Looking forward some advice! Until then, keep up with your good work. It is the best channel I’ve come across so far and already helped me heaps!
