Find out how you can properly stretch and release your subcapularis!

Shoulder pain, bad posture, and other orthopedic issues can be the result of a tight and dysfunctional subscapularis.

Additionally, the subscapularis is one of those muscles that becomes particularly troublesome for people correcting bad posture. The subscapularis is an internal rotator of the shoulder.  When this thing gets tight it makes it VERY hard to keep your chest open with your shoulders roller back in a powerful position.

Stretching and releasing this muscle not only will make your shoulders feel better, but it will also almost instantly improve your posture.
