I have quite a pronounced APT and am working Through exercises to strengthen glutes and hami, relax hip flexors and lengthen quads. The problem I still seem to be having though is due to long term glute inactivity my piriformus on the right side is taking over when my glute gets tired. How can I combat this?
What stretches should you be doing with this, should you stretch the hip flexors and hamstrings because I have this and my hamstrings always feel tighter than my hip flexors which is weird
Imo for anyone reading if you have both it means hip flexor are probably lengthened. Plus transverse abs.

I have this exact issue. It’s hard to do anything. My pelvis is tucked under so I have tailbone pain, my knees are hyperextended and my rib cage feels smooshed . Please do more videos on what I should do
