Hi
I’ve chronic pain in my left shoulder for the last 5 years. It feels like a knot in my left upper trap. Although the pain can travel down my shoulder blade or into my neck depending on what I’m wearing or doing. Every time I get it released its sore again within a few days.
At the time I started getting the pain I was working out in the gym a lot but I was stupidly doing a lot of chest and arm work and little or no back work.
I’ve tried physio, acupuncture, dry needling and surgery. Nothing has helped.
I’ve been looking on line and at your site and it would appear I have a combination of forward head, muscle imbalance and pelvic tilt.
Looking forward to your comments
Thanks
Anthony
