I have anterior pelvic tilt, I’m just wondering whether I should avoid doing deadlifts, squats and leg press in the gym? Thank you
Hi there,
I found your information very interesting and helpful. Thank you!
If possible, could you please provide the correct stretches and strengthening exercises to follow as I suffer from a forward tipped pelvis and have had lower and middle back pain on and off for awile now. Also, if possible, when I do start to workout (which btw…. i love your lower body workout program), can you please give me a quick warm up to follow that addresses this condition?
Thank you so much for your time. I truly appreciate it.
Tania
You are so inspiring and good
Hello! This is Sanjana, from India. I’ve had an anterior pelvic tilt from two years and it’s been about a year since I found out. This happened because I used to lift weights with a bad posture. I’ve been doing some corrective exercises, and my hips seems to really come back to the right position for a while, until I do yoga or go to badminton classes, when the crazy arch comes back. I feel like I’m going two steps back with every step I take. I have knee and lower back pain and a protruding stomach. I’m really frustrated as I’m not able to get rid of the tilt even with constant persuasion. I watched your video and you truly seemed to have a deep knowledge about this. I need your help!
