I’ve been doing this for many years especially since I don’t like shoes. As a massage therapist who had a hydrotherapy course in school, we learned that using cold is just as beneficial as heat. For pain in our hands and wrist we use to do icy plunges… crushed ice, cold water, plunge hands in up to wrist for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If you have a microwave heat up a small wet towel to wrap hands in to get them back to normal body temperature. Repeat 3x. No more hand or wrist pain. We even discussed the benefits of a cold shower (Ishnaan Bath). So go ahead and walk in the winter as well! I do. Thank you so much for all your informative videos.
Blake your videos are awesome. A few days ago I did post a comment about ticks when walking bare foot. Perhaps that should have been more of a discrete post. My post on your site wasn’t supportive , apologies for that. However ticks here in NY at least are a concern. Please keep the great videos coming and I’ll contact you more privately if I have a concern.
