I thought I maybe had bad posture because my shoulders are rounded my neck comes forward and when I stand my abdomen sticks out and my tummy feels slack. I watched your video about how to check and I noticed a difference straight away. I will be starting these exercises very soon and hope that a 40 odd year lifetime of bad posture can be corrected!
I would like to get download of Interior Pelvic Tilt workout
I am so impressed and thankful. I do not normally comment about anything online but I want you to know that I am benefitting from your videos. I am overweight with a herniated disc. Physical therapy told me to lose weight (duh) but focused soley on abdominal strengthening; NOTHING to fire up my glutes or strenthen them. Glutes should be taking the brunt when I bend over or even with just walking. I haven’t been able to exercise- I was getting severe pain in my low back just walking down a hallway. Correcting the anterior pelvic tilting is what I’ve needed. I was overusing my low back and the muscles on the front of my hips. He had me doing crunches and yes, I have lots of flab rolls, but he ignored my equally flabby butt!! I think it’s called dead but syndrome. That’s what people with herniated discs need to be informed of-as well as abdominal strengthening. Thank you!!
I’m going to try this! I will struggle with side plank but I’m sure with practice I’ll get better. Cheers!
