Is this the same as 1-on-1 coaching with Blake?

This is not 1-on-1 coaching with me, BUT the same results you’ve seen my 1-on-1 clients get are possible for you in here. The difference is, I’ll teach you how to assess yourself and build your own corrective exercise program instead of doing that for you.

Is there support and accountability as a part of this program?

You will join a community of others who also have the goal of improving their posture and mobility. Community is a KEY thing when it comes to results. Studies show people that train together train more consistently and get better results. My team and myself will also be in the community tab helping answer questions and make sure you are getting the maximum value from your time in there.

What if I start with this and then later decide I want to upgrade to 1-on-1 with Blake.

If you join the community, get some great results, and then decide you want to go to the next level and have me coach you 1-on-1 then you can upgrade to that from within the community anytime. Your first month in here will be credited to your 1-on-1 with me.
