What Happens Next
Me and my team will send you emails and text messages to confirm your appointment and tell you more about how coaching works.
Step 1: Ian, my client success manager, will give you a call at the time you just scheduled.
- You & Ian will discuss your goals, motivations, things you’ve tried in the past, so he can recommend the best solution we have for you.
Step 2: If you and Ian both determine together that an assessment with me makes sense then he will discuss that with you and how it works.
- I’ll spend 2.5 hours Zoom with you analyzing your entire body (posture, mobility, flexibility, muscle imbalances, movement pattern compensations) even your stress level, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and hydration level. I’ll lay out a game plan of exactly what we need to address!
