Dean’s Postural Reset and Body Relief

Dean’s initially came to me with a range of persistent body issues.

His concerns included:

Chronic muscular strains in his mid-back (between the shoulders)

A stiff neck

Shoulder discomfort

Unrelenting tightness and tension in his lower and mid-back

Thoracic kyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back)

Anterior positioning of the shoulders (forward rounding)

An anterior pelvic shift (excessive forward shift of the pelvis, causing upper body
sway)

After only a few weeks he was able to TOTALLY TRANSFORM his posture and the way his body functioned, looked, and felt.
