The Starting Line: Chad’s Challenges
When Chad first began, he was overwhelmed by discomfort:
Stiffness and tightness from head to toe—neck, shoulders, hips, low back, and hamstrings
Limited range of motion and flexibility
Faulty biomechanics. He described his movement as feeling “like a robot”
Discomfort from standing for extended periods
Worst of all, his workouts were making him feel worse, not better
But Chad wasn’t just after relief. He had serious goals:

Correct deep muscle imbalances

After conducting a comprehensive, full-body assessment over Zoom, everything started to make sense.
Assessment Findings:
Front View
- Internally rotated arms
- Duck feet (bilaterally)
- Slight lean to the left of midline
Side View
- Upper crossed syndrome
- Anterior pelvic tilt
Back View
- Weak scapular retractors
- Bilateral waist crease due to lumbar extension (excessive low-back curvature)
No wonder he felt locked up and imbalanced. These misalignments were disrupting his movement and causing discomfort.
Key focus areas included:
Correcting Internally Rotated Arms
Released tight pectorals and lats, strengthened external rotators
Addressing Duck Feet
Mobilized calves and ankles, improved tibial and hip internal rotation
Fixing Anterior Pelvic Tilt
Released TFLs, restored hip extension, and used posterior tilt drills like RKC planks
